Effective 5 November 2026 · Playroom for iPhone, made by Harsh Joshi

Playroom collects nothing about you.

Your scores and settings are saved on your iPhone and stay there. The app has no servers, no analytics and no ads, and it never connects to the internet.

What the app saves on your iPhone

To remember your progress, Playroom keeps a few small files in its own private storage:

Settings
Sound, haptics, reduced effects, colour + symbol mode, and the rhythm offset.
Progress
Best scores, difficulty levels, saved games and your last few rounds.
Daily set
Which of today's three challenges you've played.
Play stats
Simple counts, such as rounds started and finished, used to balance the feed on your device. You can turn this off in Settings.

None of this is sent anywhere. If your iPhone backs up to iCloud or a computer, these files are part of that backup, under Apple's terms.

What the app doesn't do

  • No accounts or sign-in.
  • No advertising and no advertising identifier.
  • No analytics, crash-reporting or tracking tools, and no third-party code.
  • No access to your contacts, photos, location, camera, microphone or health data.

Sharing a result

When you tap Share after a round, the app draws an image of your score on your iPhone and opens the standard iOS share sheet. Nothing is sent unless you pick where it goes.

Deleting your data

In the app, open the grid menu, then Settings, then Reset progress. Deleting the app also removes everything it saved.

Children

Playroom is rated 4+ and collects no information from anyone, including children under 13.

This website

This site has no cookies, analytics or trackers, and loads nothing from other companies. The Perfect Circle on the home page remembers your best score in your browser's local storage, which never leaves your device. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date.
